Our first task when approaching a new project is to identify what makes the client unique. This was a no-brainer for The Sage Townhomes. Their eco-friendly manner of construction made them environmentally friendly and affordable. Knowing that a buyer’s eye is always on the bottom line, we chose to show the earth-friendly aspect of the project through photography and graphics, while still focusing on what sells: value. The building process is positioned as a benefit to the buyer in the form of saving on the initial investment and long-term energy-efficiency. The end result is an identity and ad campaign that stands out from the competition.
